You should have indicated your employer contact information on the form previous. If you neglected to do this, please email the information to the AVLN Treasurer, mnorthrup1@yahoo.com.

Payment for Academic Credit
If you want to receive 1 credit for the conference, please fill out the forms onsite at the conference registration desk in the Dining Commons Room A.
