Online Conference Format
Due to expected participation from institutions around the world, the majority of the conference will be conducted in an asychronous discussion format. This format will be supplemented with live online events scheduled to accommodate as many time zones as possible. In addition, we are encouraging institutions with several people attending to schedule local face-to-face sessions to assist staff in logging into the conference, getting oriented to the online conference format, and to provide any needed technical support.

Participating Institutions
Each participating institution will have at least one face to face orientation in a lab to orient local participants to the online conference. Local facilitators will assist in communication and orientation to the online conference format. Please contact your institution facilitator to see what face-to-face events are planned at your location.
