Preparing Your Asynchronous Presentation
Presentations will take the form of papers, websites written up as a workshop or presentation, or stand-alone PowerPoints. These presentations will be discussed asynchronously during the four days of the conference. In this format, all presentations will be available to all participants around the world.

Presentation Format
Your presentation should be in one of the following formats. The document should be self explanatory and designed so that a participant could learn everything you want to share by viewing that document. Please also keep the file size small as we have a wide variety of bandwidth access represented by the participants.

• A website. Submit the URL and we'll link it within Desire2Learn.
• A PowerPoint. Submit the file in PPT format. It will be converted to PDF for viewing by all participants. If necessary, break the presentation into chunks for easier download.
• A PDF file. This might be a word processing document or some other document format.

Submitting Your Presentation by April 29
Your presentation materials should be submitted to Janine Lim, janine@janinelim.com for posting inside the Desire2Learn conference space by April 29. Earlier is great too!

Orientation Sessions for Presenters: April 24-May 6
Orientation sessions to Voxwire, Desire2Learn, and the conference format will be scheduled April 24 - May 6. Please make every effort to attend one of these orientation sessions!

• Sunday April 24, 7:30-9:00 EDT.
• Friday April 29, 11:00-12:00 EDT.
• Sunday May 1, 7:30-9:00 EDT.
• Monday May 2, 7:30-8:30 EDT.
• Tuesday May 3, 4:00-5:00 EDT.
• Wednesday May 4, 8:00-9:00 EDT.
• Thursday May 5, 8:30-9:30 EDT.
• Sunday May 8, 7:30-9:00 EDT.
