Text Chats
Text chats are real time communication tools. Some of the strands will have real-time text chats scheduled. There are several text chat roll calls scheduled throughout the conference so you can meet the other attendees.

When you click on the Text Chat icon on the conference graphic within the Desire2Learn conference space, it will go to the Desire2Learn text chat.

HelpDesk
During the conference, there will be someone 24/7 in the helpdesk/reception text chat. Stop by and say hi. Ask a question.
