Dear Partner in Adventist Education,

Do you want to:

Find out what is happening in Adventist distance education today?

Participate in designing and implementing a new online education collaborative effort?

Meet and work with some of the most progressive thinkers in our church’s educational system?

The Adventist Virtual Learning Laboratory’s Second Conference will be held September 10-13, 1999 in Orlando, Florida. Our theme is Breaking Down the Walls: Creating Unity Amid Diversity. Des Cummings, CEO of Business Development for Florida Hospital will deliver the keynote message, “Education in the New World of the Digital Economy.”

This conference is free but donations would be most appreciated. Round table brain-storming and breakout sessions by Adventist virtual education pioneers will be featured. Neither this conference nor AVLL are sponsored by any one person or organization; it is a grassroots, collaboration movement open to anyone desiring to make a contribution to Adventist virtual education.

For more information regarding this unique collaboration and for up-to-date conference information, please visit the AVLL Conference page.

Register early, as space is limited; don’t miss out on this timely opportunity. Please pass this invitation along to anyone you know of who may be interested in creating a better and brighter future for Adventist virtual education. Be aware that this is a working and sharing conference. Plan to come away inspired and energized with ideas and plans ready to implement.

We hope to see you soon!
