Publishing Your Page (PageMill 3.0, Windows)

Open the page (if it isn't already open)
From the menu, choose File, Upload, Page.

If you haven't saved the file, you'll see the following screen asking you to save. Click YES to save. Give the file a name that is 8 characters or less.

The first time you upload, you'll see the following error screen. Click OK to create the settings.

In the dialog box as shown below, type a name for your site such as My Web Site. Click on Settings.

Fill in the information as given by your web host. Here's an example:

 Host name  remc11.k12.mi.us
 Remote folder  my web folder
 User name jlim
 Password  password

Click OK
Click Create to create the new settings for your site.

PageMill will start uploading your pages. Click No when it asks if you want to see the logfile (unless you really want to see it).

The next time you upload, just click File, Upload, Page, and it will ask for your password, then publish the page.

To see your published site/page
Switch to Netscape.
In the location box, type in URL of your web page. For example, my page would be http://www.andrews.edu/~freedj
