Building Your Quiz

Add the Quiz

• In your WebCT course as a designer, Click on Quiz. Then click on Add Quiz Quizzes/Surverys to Course.
• On the right side of the screen, under Options, choose Add New Quiz, click Go.
• Enter a title for the quiz and then click on Add .

• You will now see a listing of quizzes including the one you just named above. Click on your quiz name.

Add the Questions You Created Earlier

• From the right, choose Add Question(s) and click Go.
• From the right, choose the category of the questions. Then click Go.
• Click on the box beside the question or questions you would like to add to this quiz.

  

• Under Manage Questions on the right, choose Add questions to name of your quiz. Click Go.
• Next enter the points you want assigned to each question and click on Update Total.

  

• Lastly, you will need to specify the settings for the quiz so choose Quiz Settings from the right and click Go.
• Specify the amount of time you want to allow for the quiz and the number of attempts.

• Select the time frame you want the quiz available or click on Allow Access now.
• You may also specify a number of other settings as you prefer.
• Be sure to click on Update when you are finished.
