Keeping Sane & Healthy

  • Take exercise breaks while working at the computer
  • Stretch frequently
  • Drink lots of water
  • Shake your hands and move your wrists around every once in awhile
  • Give your eyes frequent breaks: focus on something away from the computer screen for several seconds first to the right and then to the left
  • Try to limit your time on the computer
  • Pace yourself by planning ahead
