Web Publishing

HTML Basics | Web Page Design | Clip Art | Background Images

You and your students can be web publishers. You've enjoyed getting lots of tremendous resources from the web. Now it is time to think of what you can give back to the web. Once you think of your content, there are design issues to consider.

 HTML Basics

The good news is that you don't have to be a technowizard to write effective web pages for learning. Experiment with the beginnings of HTML and once you get the idea of using the tags, switch over to a HTML web page editor such as Adobe PageMill or Claris Home Page.

There are shareware editors that are available also. These editors can make web publishing as straight forward as word processing or desktop publishing. This allows you to spend your time on developing the content of the pages.
